Granola

 

Necessity is the mother of invention, and that even applies to granola! We couldn't find granola in the Yucatán that didn't contain wheat, canola/soybean oil, preservatives, sugar, or artificial flavoring - so we started making our own! Making granola that stays crunchy in a tropical clinate isn't easy, but we did it. And, our granola includes STIR!, our proprietary blend of morninga, nettle, burdock root, and spirulina.
